How can I display a message for automatic discounts on certain products?

Hi all,

I’m running an automatic discount which gives 10% discount on products from collection X when buyer product from collection Y.

After the buyers added product from collection Y, I want to display some message (let’s say on the announcement bar) that they are entitled for 10% discount of products from collection X.

How can I do it?
