Do you like to show the 4 column in 1 row in a collection page? This is for desktop only? How about in the mobile screen? Would you mind to share your store URL? Or the preview? Thanks!
I need 4 column for desktop only.
It looks like I have these four columns in the desktop, but when I click on the name of the product in the menu, instead of four products, I see three and one cut off, it looks strange.

Its not strange, the design is like that. You choose drawer menu on the costumize theme. So when the drawer design open(menu) the other grid will hide to show first the menu. You have this options in the costumize if you donlt like the grid will be covered.
This is my view on my screen.
But if you have smaller screen the view will be like this.
This drawer/hamburger menu is good for mobile screen. Cause it have a lesser screen view and on the desktop you can do mega menu or the dropdown menu.
