How do you keep the compare at price without it being referred to as a sale? In my case, it is definitly not a sale but rather a comparison to higher markups elsewhere.
I really do not want sale plastered all over my site.

Hi, @Rushka13
Thanks for posting to the Forums. I hope your day is going well!
Unfortunately, the traditional ‘Compare at Price’ feature will display the product as a sale. If you intend to display other retailer’s prices I suggest adding this to your product description.
In the meantime, I would love if you could provide your store’s domain so we can provide additional support and feedback!
Hi Skye
Sorry for not responding sooner. Thanks for the response.
2 years ago I tried to reach out to a “Person” at shopify. I had no luck. So, I went to another company. Now I am researching Shopify on a trial and am having the same issues.
Why is it soooo difficult to get a person? I am not young and need help before I can make the move to Shopify. For example, I am having trouble understanding metafields. More precisely I understand how to create them but I do NOT understand where they are supposed to display when it comes to a product. Also, not all of my products will have the same metafields. Chains are different from Earrings are different from pendants, etc.
Instead of writing a textual description for my products I have opted to record
Metal
Metal Type
Lengths Available
Widths Available
Weights
…
All in a table in the description.
Is each of these supposed to be a separate metafield instead?
