How can I display date from date picker in contact form email?

Hi,

I have added a date picker to my booking page, based on the contact page template. Unfortunately, when I receive the e-mail from the contact form, the date doesn’t appear. Can someone help?

Please change the value of the name attribute from attributes[date] to contact[date].
