I have an html block on my homepage which displays a group of products based on the collection they’re in. I’d like to change things so that only products which have the tag “featured” appear in the block.
I contacted the devs of the theme I’m using (Porto Theme) and they said I’d have to edit some liquid/css files. I told them I have no problem doing that, but then they declined to help. So, I’m turning to the Shopify community. Can anyone help?

Unfortunately, I don’t really have the Porto Theme, so I don’t know what the code looks like. If you can share the link to you store, I can try and see if it’s similar to any other theme and give you an idea of what you might need to do.

I’m afraid the code is a little different from what the other themes have. It’s definitely doable, but I need to have the theme or access to a store that has this theme to write and test code on it.
I can email or upload the base theme .zip if you’re interested.
