This is probably too late to be all that useful to you but Shopify POS is built on the stripe platform stripe doesn’t really let you do multi currency with POS readers either but the readers themselves are capable of it. If you’re in the UK or the EU the readers have the ability to work for each other you just need to set up either a duplicate store or create stripe accounts for the different currencies but you will need to have a bank account that can take that currency. If you want people to check out through your store though its not the best solution but just making payment links through draft orders will let people pay using their phone in whatever currency you want and keep your inventory making sense because you can still set up the location with inventory of the country of your choice and set it as the fulfillment location.
