How can I display product ratings on Google searches using Fera.ai?

Hi I’ve been doing some research to try to get product ratings on Google searches, but I am not very technical - can someone please help?

Currently, I’m using a reviews app called Fera.ai on my Shopify store, www.willthy.com and I’m using the Brooklyn theme. Fera.ai is installed and I have several reviews and ratings active.

I ran my website through the Google Rich Results Test and it came back with some product errors:

Missing field “sku” (optional)

Missing field “brand” (optional)

No global identifier provided (e.g., gtin, mpn, isbn) (optional)

Missing field “priceValidUntil” (optional)

Missing field “url” (optional)

Missing field “review” (optional)

Missing field “aggregateRating” (optional)

I assume these are the reason why my product ratings aren’t showing up on Google searches? I’m not exactly sure. Does anyone have a solution for this?

I think I figured it out. I think Avada SEO was somehow blocking the ratings codes. I uninstalled it and reran the Rich Test and the warnings went away. I was also able to see the rating stars in the preview.
