I’m looking to enhance the way product reviews are displayed on my Shopify store (check here). Right now, they appear as plain text, and I’d love to make them more visually appealing with things like star ratings, customer images, or a slider layout. Are there any recommended apps, Liquid code tweaks, or CSS customizations to improve the design? Also, if anyone has experience customizing the Shopify Product Reviews app or using third-party review apps, I’d love to hear your suggestions.

I’ve been running Shopify stores for a while, and I can tell you good looking reviews make a huge difference. If your reviews are just plain text right now, you’ve got a lot of room to make them pop.
If you’re sticking with Shopify Product Reviews app, you can tweak it a bit with CSS to style the stars, make the reviews stand out more, or even turn them into a slider with some Liquid code. It’s a bit of work but totally doable.
If you want an easier way, I’d go with Judge.me it’s lightweight, looks clean, and lets customers upload photos. Loox is another solid option if you want something more visual with a strong focus on photo reviews. Yotpo is great too but can get pricey.
