I appreciate that you have included your online store URL and a screenshot as that is very helpful. You have a beautiful store, by the way! At the moment, we cannot set the slideshow to not automatically crop the images on the online store. The reason for this is because each mobile device and tablet will have different dimensions for the images to display. With that being said, I can definitely see the benefit of allowing your entire slideshow to display regardless of the device that is being used so I am going to submit this as feedback to our developers.
We do have an awesome article that goes into more detail about How to Combat Image Cropping on Shopify Slideshow Sections and provides some examples of what could work.
