How can I display the more expensive product variant on my collection page?

Hello,

Some of my products have different sizes and those sizes have different prices. Currently when I post the item with different variants, the collection page will display the variant with the lowest price. I want to change the variant that is displayed on my collection page. I would prefer if the collection page displayed the more expensive variant since that is the standard size that we offer.
