How can I display total product weight in my cart page?

Hi All

I would like to have the products’ total weights (in kg) be shown on the ‘my cart’ web page and the cart drop down. If there is a liquid to add, I will be super happy. If not an app will be great too.

And if the above total weight is over 20kgs, there will be a pop saying ‘there will be additional freight charges’

Is there an app or a settings to fix this issue?
