You can use the https://apps.shopify.com/trustview app to display Trustpilot reviews on your cart page. However, checkout page functionality is not yet supported but it will work perfectly on cart page. So, while you can showcase reviews on the cart page, unfortunately, they can’t be added to the checkout page.

On standard Shopify plans you can’t modify the checkout page to embed widgets because checkout.liquid is locked down for security reasons. Only merchants on the Shopify Plus plan have access to edit the checkout and install checkout extensions. Without Shopify Plus you can still show Trustpilot reviews on your cart page, thank ​you page or order status page using a Trustpilot widget app; for example, the Trustview app lets you display Trustpilot reviews on the cart page but does not support the checkout (community.shopify.com).
