I’m requesting my product file from admin. The issue is Gmail will not allow me to download it. Does anyone have a fix ?

How do you know its Gmail not allowing you to download it? It’s hard to help if I don’t know what’s happening.

Because research on the interweb tells me that GMail is treating all zipped files over a certain size as suspicious and won’t allow them to be opened, even when you have flagged them as safe. When i use that option i get an email to my gmail with a link to download a csv file - do you have that option ?
