Because research on the interweb tells me that GMail is treating all zipped files over a certain size as suspicious and won’t allow them to be opened, even when you have flagged them as safe.
The only way I’ve found so far, is to forward the message, then you can download the .zip file from the forwarded message, seems to work so far. Which is a little weird to say the least
