How can I download an SSL certificate for third party warranty software?

Hello,

We require the below files for 3rd party warranty software.

  1. SSL Certificate File (in.crt format)
  2. SSL Key File (in .key format)
  3. SSL Chain File (also called ca-bundle)

You can’t use Shopify’s SSL certificate with third-parties (see here: https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/domains/managing-domains/secure-connections).

You’d need to purchase a separate SSL certificate via a third-party provider, to use with your 3rd party warranty software. I’d recommend GoDaddy.
