How can I duplicate a template form for different products?

Hey! how do i duplicate same form of template ?

so i have a good template at the Sale in the menu

and there is also Jewelry at the menu so i want to copy the sale template and paste it at the jewelry and i just chagne products after

how do i do that?

Sorry, You have to create again the Same form on which page you want.
