How can I easily replace product variant images in bulk?

Hi everyone,

Hope someone can help.

I have a store with multiple products. Each product has several variants with each its own image. I want to replace these variant images with new ones on each productpage.

Is there an easy way to replace these or do I have to manual replace them?

PS: I cannot find the variant images in the content section. I was hoping I could simply replace them using the same file name.

You cannot do this in any way automatically. I am so frustrated with Shopify’s website building software and product data management. It is the most cumbersome and least user friendly system I have ever seen.
