Is the popup you’re referring to the email subscription one?
It also looks like you’re using the Flow theme, so I’ve just tested this on my end and can see that there is a setting to edit this popup via the Theme Editor. You can follow the instructions below to locate this setting:

On your Shopify admin, head over to Online store > Themes > Customize.

Once you’re in the Theme Editor, click on Theme settings > Popup.

This will open up the Popup settings, where you’ll be able to edit the popup content.
