How can I edit desktop and mobile site separately in Flow theme?

Hi there -

My website looks great on mobile, but on desktop it looks terrible. How can I edit these separately? Or how can I force the desktop site to load the mobile version?

My website is www.thevisorvanity.com and I’m using the Flow theme.
