How can I edit multiple SKUs at once?

Hey,

So I when first imported my products Shopify or something else added a E- to most of the products skus that I imported how can I edit them all at once to remove the E- when trying to edit it in shopify shopify changes all of the skus to the same sku im editing and i cant even copy and paste multiple skus when editing bulk does anyone know something?

Hello,

This should like something that you could quickly do for free using our Ablestar Bulk Product Editor (https://apps.shopify.com/bulk-product-editor).

Once you install the app you can search for all products who have a SKU that starts with ‘E-’:

Then if you click on the Edit Products button you can tell the app to remove the ‘E-’ from the start of the SKU:

If the preview below of the products looks good, just click on Run Edit and the app will make the changes for you.

The app comes with a free plan that includes 5 edits every 30 days (with no limit on the number of products) so for a one-time thing like this you can do it without needing a paying plan.
