How can I edit or remove links in my Dawn theme banner?

Hello - I am trying to:

  1. Change or remove a hidden link from my second banner that takes customers to a completely different collection.
  2. Add links to the products shown in the images of the second banner.

.csv photo is attached showing referenced banner. Please help ASAP!
