How can I edit product descriptions in the Google Shopping Feed app?

I have an issue with the Google Shopping feed app.

It is pulling in my products description for the feed and including the heading “Product” in the items Shopping Feed description. This is the headline used above all product pages, but I do not want this heading included in the shopping feed description. Is there any way to edit how the description gets pulled to exclude the heading?
