Hello there, I am seeking help on how to edit the “description name” on a banking statement. My bank is efficiently connected to my Shopify account but when I get transfers/deposits from Shopify, under “Description” it states, “Dame Shopify ord DES: TRANSFER ID: ST- INDN: TORI MONKARSH CO ID: etc.” please see screenshot image below for reference. I just want to change “TORI MONKARSH” to a different name as that person is no longer working for the company. My bank advised that this was an edit I had to make through Shopify so someone please help if you can!
