How can I edit the first blog post in Debut Theme?

Hi

i’m looking for a way to edit the first blog post in the blog-template. I’m using Debut Theme. This is my website right now using the blog from Shopify and I want to change into like this.

Where the first blog is different style (I can manage it to style it, but I don’t know how to write the code for blog first child.
