How can I edit the header and side menus with Dawn Theme?

Can someone possibly help me with what code to use to edit my header along with the side menus on both sides to look like the screen shot I have attached. I have the Dawn Theme. Thank you so much!

We checked your requirement and saw that it will require a lot of editing both in Admin and Storefront, SO we suggest you hire Shopify experts to support to do it.
