How can I edit the heading in the Crave theme?

I have looked and looked, and can’t find where to edit my heading in the Crave them.

How do I edit any part of the Crave theme that is text?

The header pulls text from your store settings and the names of menus:

To change the name of your store go to Settings → Store Details → Basic Information → Edit. Change the Store Name then click on Save at the bottom.

To change the name of your menus go to Online Store → Navigation. Click on a menu to edit . Then you can change the menu title by writing in a new one in the Title input box. Make sure to click on the Save Menu button at the bottom.

Check your work by going back into the Theme Editor (Online Store → Themes → Customize) and review your changes
