Is there a way to edit the shipping option once the product has been saved or do I need to relist everything? I unchecked the shipping option by mistake. I am not seeing an option when I go to edit a product.

I would like to give you some recommendations to support you.
You can definitely edit the “requires shipping” field once you have already saved the product.
There are actually two ways to accomplish this:

To edit each individually you will go into a product and scroll down to the variants. From here, click edit on a variant. Scroll down until you see Shipping and the “requires shipping” toggle! Repeat for each product/variant.

You can also do this as a bulk action. If you go into your products and check off the ones you want to edit you can then click “Edit products” at the top. After that you will see a grid that looks like the one below. Simply click add field>requires shipping.This will bring up a section to include or exclude shipping in a bulk manner.
