How can I edit the translated text for a newsletter on my web shop?

I’m very new to Shopify and I try my best.
When I translated my Swedish web shop into English, I used Translate and Adapt, but I remember writing the text for “Apply for our newsletter” manually. Now I need to edit the text, but can’t remember where I did this. I can’t find my way back.

Does anyone know where to do this?
