How can I effectively contact Shopify support?

I’ve been trying to reach a team assistant for almost an hour now, and the support chat is completely bugged; all the links to support only multiply themselves in the chat… to infinity! At first, this wasn’t a problem, although I soon realized that even the online address associated with my Online Boutique on Shopify had been reverted to before I changed to a custom domain, which is, quite frankly, concerning since it’s like there’s no reliability! Even the authentifier app process doesn’t work, or the support that keeps crashing indefinitely! I’ve screen recorded the entire thing although impossible to share due to these numerous bugs that don’t present the buttons to share or crashes before Imve even got the chance to press Support!
