I cannot access an account of mine since the email associated with it got lost, meaning I don’t remember which email I used. I tried every email I remembered or still have access to and it didn’t work. The subscription is ongoing and I have payed monthly up until now. I tried telling that to the AI assistant in every possible way, I even let ChatGPT give me a list of every possible phrasing of my problem and entered every phrase on that list. In conclusion, your AI assistant has been absolutely useless and it kept circling around to the same answer which itself hasn’t helped aswell. I deleted sll cookies of that site and tried again. It still didn’t work. Can you just put me in contact with your human support team, even if they cannot access my account, they are hopefully more capable than this stupid chatbot.
