its impossible to contact a live agent even through that AI process youre describing. it keeps asking me to enter the queue to chat with a Support Advisor. whats a queue ???
you need a live customer service with a phone number we can call and speak with somebody for help. you charge us all these fees but are never there to help with important questions !!!

Did you ever get your payout? They started holding my funds last week and I can’t seem to get hold of anyone who can answer why my funds are held and when they will be released. I’ve been with Shopify since 2017 and their lack of customer support is just astounding -
this method to retain customers is unacceptable. I am so frustrated that all I want to do is transfer my shop somewhere and never suggest Shopify as a platform. The only reason I decided to change providers was because there was a customer service phone number and I got a live support advisor. Now is just a robot with the same answers and no solution to the issues I got. Unacceptable

I switched to Shopify 2019 because of their 24 hours customer service.
They are holding over $3300 in payouts for over a week now and no one can seem to assist me - they absolutely no customer support. Did you ever get your money??

I am going to file with the FTC as well - maybe if enough of us do that - Shopify will actually do something to help their shop owners instead of putting us in an endless chatbot loop.

This many responses of people saying that absolutely hate Shopifys lack of care in dismantling their support and you still haven’t changed course? Shopifys will go out of business within 2025. That is absolutely certain. As soon as I find a way to contact you regarding being locked out of my account because of a 2fa issue, I will be closing my account and never, ever, return. Shopifys is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I genuinely hope all of you end up unemployed. If there were any karma in this world, none of you would ever be allowed to have a job again. None of you could be trusted managing a porta potty.
Did your issue get resolved? This is currently happening to me…I am losing revenue and they are not doing anything. They owe me almost 20k. Do we have a class action suit on our hands? Thinking of calling my attorney.
