How can I effectively deploy a Voiceflow chatbot on my online store?

Hello!

I recently built a chatbot on voiceflow for a shopify store but, when I deployed it, it didn’t work.

Usually, to use a voiceflow chatbot, the only thing you have to do is paste a code snippet on the footer section. But when I did this, It was impossible to intereact with the chat bubble to start using it.

So, I was wondering if any of you know how to fix this or if there is another way to deploy the chatbot (maybe deploying it as an app).

Hmmm, this might involve being able to see your site. If the bubble is there and not interactive, there might be a transparent div above it.

You would need to change the z-index of your bubble to sit above everything else.

Your platform looks very attractive and it might be what I’m looking for.
However, I have some questions about it:

  1. How does the shopify integration work? and, is there a chance it could
    solve the problem I have with voicefow-shopify?
  2. How do the facebook and instagram integration work? is it a direct
    integration or do I have to use other platforms like manychat?

Sorry, I just noticed this.

  1. Gleen AI is natively integrated with Shopify. We’re on the Shopify App Store (now, not when I originally responded).

It won’t help you with your Voiceflow problem, but it should be a substitute to Voiceflow. With Gleen AI, you don’t need to cut and paste any code into your site, Gleen AI will automatically modify your store’s theme and include the Gleen AI widget in it.
