Firstly tell me more about your business - have you started your free trial yet, or are you still in the planning stage right now? You can start a free trial at any time to start building your store. You will be charged once the free trial runs out, when you will need to select a paid plan. Do you intend to sell your products or set up a dropshipping store where you sell products directly from a supplier?
After you get started with your free trial, there are a few things you can do next, such as choosing a theme, adding your products, and adding a custom domain. Honestly, you’re going to need branding, marketing, etc. efforts. Your question is very general. 
I would focus first on getting traffic, there are ALL sorts of methods. Perhaps try social first, and get friends, family, new folks simply to visit your site. Then focus on making conversions and sales.
