Hey! I’m a product designer for Translate & Adapt and have looked into this for you. You’ll need to enable Hebrew in your primary market (Israel) for your translations to show. (Settings > Markets > Israel - Manage > Domains & languages - Manage > Select Hebrew > Save). From there you should be able to test a URL with /he, and if all looks well you can go ahead and publish the language!
