How can I effectively manage and respond to customer messages?

hi all - looking for some good ideas for solving my problem of being inundated with customer messages across email + social. do people use help desks like zendesk? any good inspo or tools to better organize my gmail + social accounts? so many messages to respond to :face_with_crossed_out_eyes:

Great question. There are some third-party platforms that could help you accomplish this by feeding all your social media DM’s into one place. A google search along the lines of “All in one social media messaging tool” should yield some results. I was able to find one called Social Inbox by Simplified that looks promising.
