How can I effectively manage variant stock for my corkspray products?

Hello Everyone,

I am selling corkspray on my website and have trouble to manage the stock because of the color varian

I have 3 differents products : " VIPEQ F09 " - " VIPEQ F08 " - VIPEQ NL "

The Vipeq F09 is a 12KG bucket of corkspray, fine grain

The Vipq F08 is a 12 KG bucket of corkspray, middle grain

The Vipeq NL is a 7 kg bucket of corkspray. Thick grain.

You can imagine this is like paint bucket

For Vipeq F09 and F08, there I have 2 different base : natural base (brown) or white base.

Natural base is cork particles + glue

White base is cork particles + white paint inside (colored)

those corkspray bucket can be color, and regarding the color you want, you will get the natural base + colorant, or the white base + colorant.

Exemple : I have =

– 5 buckets of Vipeq F09 natural base and – 5 white base

– 5 buckets of Vipeq F08 natural base and – 5 white base

One client order me 2 buckets of F09 dark red. Then I will give him 2 buckets of F09 natural base + 2 colorant dark red.

From this point, my stock has to change :

2 F09 natural base has to go away, and also 2 colorant dark red has to remove.

Does anyone has idea how to connect everything?

the colorant works with F09 and F08. means when 2 dark red are pick up from F09, the F08 stock on dark red has to be change as well.

Not sure if that is understable, but I tried my best :slightly_smiling_face:

Thank’s guy
