I am having problems intergrating my store www.zacz.com into amazon.
I’ve written many times about this to amazon, I appologies but I am at a loss on how to proceed.
I cannot seem to purge and replace my database after having tried 27 times to do so in the last few months on amazon.
To upload my file I need to purge my database, do you know of a way of doing this?
I keep getting error 8541 … Because I cannot purge my database. (please do not explain error 8541 I have understood this, my problem is purging my database.)
I kindly ask if anyone knows how to purge a database so I can upload a correct inventory file? I thought my old file was fine but I keep getting error 8541.. If you have any solution I would be very grateful as I have been trying for months/years to do this.
