I have been trying to reach customer service for 2 weeks. I login with my store then I tried logging in as a visitor. Can someone help ?

Thank you for reaching out! I’m sorry to hear you have had an issue reaching our Support Team.
I would be happy to walk you through the steps, and hopefully, this will allow you to connect with one of our Support Advisors. First, you will go to the help center and log in. Then you will want to scroll to the bottom of the page until you see a green button that says Get Support. Then select your store, select a topic, and you will see the options for live chat, requesting a callback, and email.

Hello, I have tried what you have suggested but it will not take me to chat/email you page. I just tried again this morning. It is like I am in a loop. I have cleared the cache and it still has me in a loop. Can I call you direct?

Thank you for that information, and I appreciate your patience with this.
We haven’t had any other reports on this, so it should be shown as an option on your end. Can you provide a screenshot of what you see when trying to access our Support Team? You could possibly be in a different section of the Help Center, so once I see a screenshot, I will be able to assist you better. Currently, there isn’t a way for us to directly call a merchant; callback requests must be made in the Help Center.
