A user is attempting to reduce excessive white space in the header area of Shopify’s Impulse theme. Previous attempts following forum advice only resulted in changing font sizes rather than addressing the spacing issue.
The user has two potential solutions in mind:
A support responder identified that the issue stems from negative spacing within the logo image itself and recommended removing this spacing from the image file to resolve the header white space problem.
I tried reducing the size of the white space on the header for the impulse theme and following other advice on the forum all I did was change the the font so that it was smaller. Every time that I try and change it via the manual non-code way it still seems quote small.

I would like to either reduce the white space of the header, or have a white colored logo on the home page, and a black colored logo on the rest of them since the background is white.
