How can I effectively resolve issues with Shopify's customer service?

Can anyone please help with gaining a resolution with Shopify customer service. I have raised over 10 tickets, advisers just give up and don’t respond. I managed to escalate to a supervisor, they give up after sending self help guides and me telling them it didn’t work and the issue is still at hand. I have raised around 30 live chats, staff just don’t want to help and try bargain that self help tools will fix the problem. I have a bug in my store, my all products collection will not let me place a ‘ manual order ‘ and also it won’t actually remove products when I take them out of the collection. So when I remove a product, the product still shows on my website.

can someone please confirm if Shopify have a tech team, as I’ve tried for a month and the bug is getting worse. Staff do not want to help and it’s affective my business and mental health really badly.
