I have a platform that allows influencers sign up, choose a brand and generate links to their products, advertise on their social accounts and get paid a commission.
I’m finding it difficult tracking the referral links in the order response. I created a web-hook to perform an account when order is created on the store, however;

- reference: null,
- user_id: null,
- source_identifier: null,
- source_url: null,
- landing_site_ref: null,
All the above data are either null or empty, meaning I cant tie an influencers link to the customers actions on the site.
I am currently passing a “ref” query through the product’s URL while redirecting.
Please can anyone help with this? What am I doing wrong and how can I archive my objective?
