How can I efficiently adjust discounts on unfulfilled orders?

There is so much manual adjustments and workaround nonsense b/c of limited order edits on unfulfilled orders.

No ability to change shipping or ad or edit a discount. Mail-order software was doing this in the 1990s. Beyond frustrating, it’s embarrassing. What should take 20-30 seconds ends up taking minutes.

Most of the time we cancel the customer’s order and resend a new draft invoice … a terrible customer experience.

Shopify should focus on the basics.
