Is there a way to bulk load Google Channel categories for each product? I’m guessing since each product has a specific category number this might not be possible, but wanted to check. If a client has over 1,000 products that would be very time consuming to look up and enter all the details for the google shopping channel. Is there a more efficient way or manual the only way?
You can use feed rules in Google Merchant Center to apply the same category to multiple products: https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/7450276?hl=en

You will be able to do this through feed rules. Feed rules give you the ability to transform your data to match our product data specification requirements.
Sign in to your Google Merchant Center account then click Products > Feeds from the sidebar menu.
Click on the corresponding product feed you want to add rules to and go to the “Feed Rules” section
