I sell a printed product so I have 500 patterns/images that you can choose from and 8 different materials you can have it printed on. What is the best way to set these up/upload so I am not doing to same exact thing for all 500 items? Can you set up a template and then match photos or anything to it? Thanks - I’m going crazy doing them one at a time

You are best to import them using a csv file: https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/products/import-export/import-products
If you have already set some up do an export of them so you can see the format required and then most likely you can duplicate the rows and modify what you need. Be sure to create a new handle for new products and not reuse handles as they will get overwritten if already exist.
