How can I eliminate a large gap and remove a dropdown menu in my online store?

I have a huge gap/block at bottom of my online store (not footer) that is about a quarter of the page how do I remove it? Also how do I remove a drop down menu completely? please help. ty! www.creativesfuture.com

Adding the below CSS code at the end of your theme.scss.css file should fix your issue.

body {
  padding-bottom: 0 !important;
}
