How can I eliminate a store redirect without disrupting my website?

Hi. Apologies if this isn’t in the correct sub-forum, I wasn’t sure where to post.

I’m trying to set up Amazon pay on my store but I got an email from them stating 'we cannot complete the review of your request to open an Amazon Payments merchant account because the following website URL https://prams-house.myshopify.com redirects to another website: www.silverstork.co.uk

Please remove the redirect’

I don’t want to end up taking my store offline completely by just going in and deleting something, so how do i remove this redirect/.myshopify.com and just leave the website online as its proper URL?

Thanks!

It sounds like you just need to use www.silverstork.co.uk as the url to sign up with Amazon Pay.

Your myshopify url is just a unique identifier for your store within the Shopify ecosystem, anything else use your regular public facing domain.

Hi. Thanks for the reply!

I only have www.silverstork.co.uk entered into the Amazon JavaScript origins & not the myShopify url. I then got that email about the redirect.

I’ve just added the myshopify link to the JavaScript origins list, which it tells me takes 48 hrs to update. So I guess I’ll see if that fixed the issue in 48 hours.
