How can I eliminate malicious links from my website?

Hi

My ads from google ads stopped being displayed because google told me they found some links in my website that are malicious.
I’ve been trying to find the problem but I couldn’t solve on my own can you please help me.

The links that are causing troubles are:

Hi there - we can likely assist with this; we have seen/fixed this before. The malicious content can be hard to find, especially if it is HEX encoded (masked).
