Have you tried previewing your store in a fresh Shopify theme?
This can help us determine if the issue carries out on a fresh unedited theme with no changes applied. You can follow the step-by-step process in our Adding, previewing and buying themes help resource. When downloading a fresh theme from our theme store, you do not need to publish the theme. Once the theme is downloaded, you’ll click Actions > Preview next to your newly installed theme. The theme will then open up in a new window displaying your store.
Another option is to try rolling back your theme code to an older version of your theme. This can be done directly within your Online Store > Themes > Actions > Edit code section. This will not affect your current theme as you’re only rolling back the theme code and previewing it. For in-depth steps, please view our resource on editing theme code.
If after trying the above troubleshooting steps you’re still seeing the popup, I recommend reaching out to our support via the Shopify Help Center. Since you’re using a free theme from Shopify, then our support team may be able to help you with small changes to your theme. If you’re on the Basic Shopify plan or higher, then you can use up to 60 minutes of free design support, used in 15-minute increments. Lastly, I had a chance to browse your storefront and I really like how you’ve put everything together. You’ve done a great job of making your store policies easy to find and clearly display your products. I would like to make some suggestions that I feel can help with branding and recognition.
I noticed you haven’t had a chance yet to add a favicon image to your store. A favicon image is a tiny image that appears next to your store name in the browser tab. Having a favicon image can help customers who navigate to your website easily recognize your brand. To learn how to add a favicon to your store, check out our adding a favicon to your store resource.
Did you know that you can remove the powered by Shopify text from your storefront’s footer? This can create a more polished look and help with branding. I’ll share our Remove powered by Shopify resource here for more information.
