How can I email clients with specific tags on my orders?

Hello!

I just did a pre-order on my shopify site, and all of the orders for this pre-order have a “pre-order” tag on them.. I would like to update all of the customers who bought the pre-order by emailing them. Is there an easy way to do this?

Yes, here’s how I do this:

  1. Go to Customers in Shopify and filter by that tag

  2. Select all and export to csv

  3. Upload the csv with just the email address, to your email marketing software

I like Klaviyo for email marketing but any email marketing software will work for this.

Hello, I am trying to do the same thing that the OP wanted to do. The orders have the tags, not the customers. How do we email those who have tags on the orders themselves? Thanks!

You can send bulk emails with Notify Rush based on order tags.

You can update customers at once about order delays, out-of-stock products, etc., with Notify Rush.
