How can I enable autoplay using Vimeo embed code in my online store?

Using the Vimeo url does not allow for autoplay. The embed code does. How can I use the embed code instead of the url and where do I put it? I want the video to be the first thing people see right under the menu. My store is not open yet. Still designing and adding products. I have tried every way under the sun to do this and nothing works.

I appreciate the codes! But, where do I put the code? I’ve tried putting it in the “add new content” section and that didn’t work. So, I assume the code goes somewhere else, but I don’t know where. Can you please elaborate?

What theme are you using?

There’re two options here.

  1. If your theme has a “HTML” section you can put vimeo’s embed code there.

  2. If your theme supports video autoplay in the Video section activate it from there.

    In both cases you need to look in the Theme editor and the sections’ settings.
